Refunds:
30 Day Money-Back guarantee- see conditions below: Due to the ease of
duplication, CDs, DVDs and VHS costs are not refundable once the products
packaging is broken. If you have purchased a product (Media or books) that you
must return (unopened) for whatever reason, we will be happy to refund the cost
of the product(s) once we receive the return (within 30-days from original date
of purchase- you pay shipping costs to get return product to us).
Returns:
In the case of a defective CD, DVD or VHS, we will be happy to reship one of
the same title once we receive the defective (within thirty days of date of
purchase) CD, DVD or VHS (you pay shipping costs to get defective CD, DVD or
VHS to us- we pay to ship the replacement product on first-class US Mail).
There is a 30-day limit to this replacement policy from the date of purchase.
